Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Kusihhu Route Planner account and associated personal data.

​

If you would like to delete your Kusihhu Route Planner account, please email support@kusihhu.com from the email address linked to your account and use the subject line “Account deletion request”.

​

When we receive your request, we will verify that you are the account holder and then delete your account and associated personal data, including saved routes and account profile information, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or payment-record purposes.

​

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your Kusihhu Route Planner account or saved data.

​

If you have an active subscription, please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel any subscription or payment arrangement handled by a third-party payment provider.

​

We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once the request has been completed.
