Digital Service
KUSIHHU currently provides the Kusihhu Route Planner, a digital route planning service for walking and cycling.
No physical product is shipped when you create an account, use the planner, start a free plan, begin a trial, or subscribe to a paid plan.
Kusihhu Route Planner may include features such as route creation, saved routes, distance and elevation information, GPX/TCX import and export, and account-based route management.
Free Plan, Trial and Pro Subscription
Kusihhu Route Planner may offer a Free plan, free trial, and paid Pro subscription.
The Free plan gives access to selected route planning features and may include limits, such as the number of saved routes or access to certain export options.
The Pro plan gives access to additional features, which may include unlimited saved routes, advanced export options, and future premium features.
Current pricing, trial details, renewal information and plan features will be shown before you start a trial or subscribe.
Subscription Payments and Renewal
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The price, billing period and renewal details will be shown before you subscribe. By starting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. KUSIHHU does not directly store your full payment card details.
Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account or subscription management area in the Kusihhu Route Planner app, where available.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your Pro access will usually continue until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise or required by law.

UK Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital services, digital content, downloads, streaming-style access, or app-based features, cancellation rights may work differently where access starts immediately.
When you start a paid subscription, free trial, or digital service access, you may be asked to confirm that you want access to begin straight away. You may also be asked to acknowledge that starting immediate digital access may affect your 14-day cancellation rights.
If you cancel after digital access has started, any refund will be reviewed in line with applicable UK consumer law, the access already provided, and the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Refund requests will be reviewed in line with applicable UK consumer law, your subscription status, and the terms shown when you subscribed.
Where a refund is due, it will usually be returned to the original payment method.
No Physical Shipping at Present
KUSIHHU does not currently ship physical products through the website.
The current service is digital. This means there are no delivery charges, shipping times or physical returns for the Kusihhu Route Planner app.
If KUSIHHU offers outdoor gear, accessories or other physical products in future, clear shipping, delivery and returns information will be provided before purchase.
Future Physical Product Returns
If physical products are sold by KUSIHHU in future, returns will be handled in line with the return policy shown at the time of purchase and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
For physical goods bought online, customers may have cancellation rights even where an item is not faulty. GOV.UK says online, mail and telephone order customers usually have a limited-time right to cancel, and sellers must provide refunds in line with distance selling rules.
Until physical products are available, this page mainly applies to the Kusihhu Route Planner digital service and paid subscriptions.
